Scrub Refactoring
Using the new Billing Data Concentrator, Fusion v6.0 no longer needs to send HL7 messages to the billing system for updates to claims prior to releasing the claim for billing.
Autofix scrubs were updated to write to Fusion v6.0 tables instead of sending HL7 messages.
These changes were necessary to make Fusion v6.0 independent of Sun Quest Financial.
